Inside: Accommodation at Marina Bay View is spread over three floors. The main entrance takes one in to the large open concept living and dining area which boasts fantastic sea views over the pool and the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean sea, whose double glace doors (accessing the wrap around terraces and looking out to sea). Furnished stylishly and with comfort in mind, the living area is the heart of the house for which the rest of the accommodation flows. First is the modern, well-equipped kitchen, which looks out on and accesses the pool and a gorgeously panoramic outdoor dining and barbecue area. Back in the living area, the stairs, (but the internal lift ) lead up to the generously proportioned master double suite, which benefits not only from a super en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, but also a sea-view terrace and further 3 double/twin rooms, one of them with en-suite shower room and the other two sharing bathroom with added bonus of stunning sea views and access to a terrace. The fifth bedroom is situated on the ground charitably proportioned double suite with separate entrance, which benefits not only from a super en-suite bathroom, but also a breathtaking sea-view terrace . All five bedrooms have sea views and access to a large terrace that runs for the whole length of the house. A further flight of stairs leads up to an extremely large roof garden with panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea, the New Ayia Napa Marina and the picturesque Chapel of Ayia Thekla.
